You could not fine a better car company anywhere and their work is super fine including their prices.
Rob the boss is a very nice person

As the owner of a mobile detailing company, I pay close attention to quality and customer service, and I was super impressed with Advanced Recon.

All 4 of my rims had curb rash, and they came directly to me and repaired them. The results turned out great and exceeded my expectations. The wheels look amazing.

Rob was excellent throughout the entire process. Communication was great, scheduling was easy, and he kept me informed before, during, and after the repairs. He also took the time to explain the aftercare process and advised me not to wash the vehicle for 3 weeks to ensure the repairs cured properly.

It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work and communicate this well. I highly recommend Advanced Recon and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a great experience working with Rob and William, who completed the rim repair service. From the start, Rob was responsive, attentive, and quick to provide pricing information and scheduling options. He made the process easy, and I was able to secure an appointment promptly.

When William arrived, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process from start to finish. His attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions were greatly appreciated.

I left a curve rash on my passenger wheel but after I called, they went straight to my house and in about 2 hours they had already fixed it and left it like if it was brand new. I’m very picky about these things but it was like it never happened. Awesome job!! With me, they have a customer for life.

"I had a fantastic experience with Advanced Recon! From the beginning to the completion of the services. All four of my wheels had extensive curb rash, and honestly I wasn't sure if the wheels could be fixed. The team was professional from start to finish, The owner of the company returned my call immediately then gathered the necessary information and provided a clear quote, the technician William showed up on time, dressed for success in a company uniform and company vehicle. I was delighted that Advanced Recon was able to complete the repairs in a single day from the comforts of my own driveway. My car was treated better than any dealer would have ever offered, William the technician covered my car from any overspray, their equipment was quiet and organized within the company vehicle not spread out as a trip hazard, I found that really IMPRESSIVE in this industry with tooling and materials!! Once the repairs were completed I tried to find where the original damage was!? I looked back at pictures on all four rims without success. WOW. The wheels are brand new in appearance, a flawless result while maintaining factory quality and balance of the original mounting from the factory! The wheels were never taken off my car which just amazed me. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to the cost of a full replacement. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing wheel repairs or replacement. Thank you again for the outstanding work and support!"

Advanced Recon always shows up on time to get the job done. We have hundreds of vehicles here at Pohanka Honda, and Justin checks on the vehicles that are on our lot weekly. The quality of work is top notch, and very professional. Whether it is a small scuff or a major scuuf, they always seems to handle the job!! If you need a wheel fixed, you can just call and easily set up an appointment to have it fixed!!

This is the second time I have used Rob and his team. Very professional and extremely thorough. I had 3 black rims to repair curb rash with one of them requiring manual sanding due to the location of the damage. They work tirelessly for almost 6 hours and the wheels look like new. If you want quality and exceptional workmanship, you have to call Rob.

What a great company! Fixed rims that had curb rash on them and you can’t even tell! Justin did an amazing job. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and stayed until the job was done! Highly recommend Advanced Recon!
